I could actually get some decent pics of my lo's.....I can only share one with you today....but will be able to share the others in the week.....

So this is my take on Creative Scrappers #139....Using my FAVE Sass pp.....LOVE the rainbows....just so happy and fun!

I masked some letters with glimmer mist....then popped on a bit of dimensional magic...and Hey Presto! one title....

GORGEOUS Chip Chop Shop balloon.....Man I'm soooooo hanging out for Miss Wally to open up Chip Chop.......I'm running low on funky supplies....

Show us your Stuff!!

Heya guys : ) Just a quick post to show ya my LO for the Jan challenge #2 at Show Us Your Stuff....

The challenge is a recipe......

*Stitching (hand, machine or faux)

*Misting

*4 or more patterned paper

*Something handmade!!

And here's my take......not sure if I'm super happy with it.....but oh well : )

Scrappy Weekend : )

Well elo elo elo ladies : )

On friday I got my AWESOME order from My 2 Angels...woohoo!!! I certainly took advantage of the sale and nabbed me some FAB bargains.....

So what was a girl to do with a whole bunch of new scrappy bits? Spend the weekend scrapping of course......and here's a couple of lo's I can share...

First up is a lo about my boys at the beach.....I wanted to keep it simple as I really wanted the photo to stand out....

I've used the October Afternoon Seaside range.....and an awesome Tattered Angels bingo card....I also used the Tattered Angels packaging as a photo matt and for my journallings strips! I sprayed my cs with some yummy Glimmermist.....

Tracy sent me a gorgeous M2A design white felt frame which I sooooo just HAD to use....it didn't fit my photo so I chopped it up, sprayed it with some Glimmermist and used it as a lovely textured scalloped border piece! I used one of the Scrapware sailboat chippies and just coloured it in with some gel pens......

I love these Scrapware cloud chippies....I sprayed them with Glimmermist, embossed them with Tim Holtz Distress Powder then added a geneerous coating of Crackle Accent.....they turned out to match the water in the photo so beautifully....

Finally I added a bit of M2A designed bling....and there ya have it...one lo : )

For my second lo I used a mix of Sassafrass Lass, October Afternoon and Cosmo Cricket pp's......the journalling is on an awesome scrapware chippy....

I couldn't wait to use one of Tracy's new pins, which I tucked into some gorgeously green bakers twine and added a cute little bicycle charm.......

To give these Scrapware cogs a little something extra, I sprayed them with Glimmermist then added on Some Crackle Accent....

And for a little bit of somethin somethin...I popped on some M2A design ribbon......

Wellllll I thought I'd tryout another challenge site I haven't played at yet......This time I have tried Sketch #137 from Creative Scrappers........I'm starting to like sketches more and more...I used to find them so hard....but now I like the challenge : )

I love this photo of my boy so much.....he's such a character...When I want to take his pic....He says cheeeeeeeeees, gives me a gorgeous grin.....but squeezes his eyes shut lol....oh well....ya can't ask for too much from a 2 1/2 yr old lol

Challenges x 2 : )

Welllllllll I have my zest for scrapping back!!! I've been getting stuck into some challenges...and here's 2 lo's I've finished....both are for challenge blogs I've never played at before.....

Firstly...A lo for Show Us Your Stuff 

You have to use an Awesome sketch by the FAB Miss Shell and of course you have to include something handmade......

And here's my take on it...A lo about my GORGEOUS Husband and BEAUTIFUL Son....

Close-up....And a shout out to my Lubbly Mum who bought me a whole bunch of scrappy bits's for chrissy....included the yummy chippy cogs I used on this lo : )

The next Lo is for The Studio Challenges.....you have to scrap lo about "hindsight"

The title of my lo is "Oh how I wish I Learned too....Just be Me (alot sooner).....Instead of trying to be someone else....

I really wish I had learnt that lesson alot earlier on in life.....I always thought to "fit in" and be liked I had to be like everyone else...when in fact it's myself that I need and should be : )

Now thats my kinda frock.....

OH MY GOLLY GOSH......

WOW........I've scrapped!!!! I know.....shocking........

My scrappy mojo took a rather extended brake this holiday season.....and although I have scrapped without it (resulting in some very BLAH lo's)....I'm so very, very glad to have my mojo back!

It must have been the latest Pallette at The Color Room that awoke me from my creative hybernation...the colours are just tooooo FAB to risk scrapping without my fave scrap budddy.....my mojo......not to say this is a super fab lo....I just had SUPER fun creating it : )
