This Fornight the challenge at the Boxx was to scrap about ourself....sooooooo this will be the second lo I've done of me this month.....don't worry I'm not an egotistical maniac....welllllll I hope I'm not..........tee hee hee...ok enough of the crazy here's my lo....
The journalling reads "After suffering full on depression there is one thing I know for sure.....And that is....We are all ok....There is ALWAYS hope ". The Title reads "If I could tell the world just one thing it would be we're all ok" (Jewel).......depression is such a black hole, that quite often it seems as though it won't end, and there is such a stigma about it, it doesn't mean your crazy, it means your HUMAN. There is a HUGE shining light at the end of the tunnel and we all deserve to get to that light : )
