CSI Case File # 87 - Where to?

Heya Lovelies!!!

This is my last layout for CSI: Color, Stories, Inspiration as a special investigator for August. I have enjoyed every minute of playing along!

Here is the awesome case file (hellooooooo gorgeous bright colours):

Here is what I came up with:

The journalling is on a journalling card that I've tucked into a glassine bag behind the photo. 

It reads : 'We had such an awesome time on our holiday in Margaret River. We stayed at Burnside Organic Farm which was so relaxing. Every day we would all get in the car and explore the region. We found lot's of fabulous places to eat, explore & have fun at. It was such a memorable holiday & we can't wait to go back!!'

OUAS - Cheeky Grin

Wow, two posts in one day!!

Normally I wouldn't do two posts on the same day, but I've done a last minute layout for a challenge that ends tomorrow....so I thought I had better post it today before time runs out!

This layout is for Once Upon A Sketch August Challenge.

Here is the sketch:

The journalling theme is "I'll never forget".

Here is what I came up with;

My journalling is tucked into the yellow envelope behind the photo. It reads: "I will never forget your gorgeous cheeky grin. You had just 2 bottom teeth & every time you smiled you looked so cheeky xoxox".

Sweet - CSI # 86

Hey Hey Hey :)get

I hope everybody is having a fantastic weekend.

We have moved house and we are just about all settled in so I can finally get crafting to my hearts content again :)

I have CSI: Color, Stories, Inspiration Challenge # 86 to share with you today.

When I first saw this challenge I was a little worried as I find pastels SUPER difficult to work with, but I dug through my stash, found some elements I loved and ended up enjoying the whole scrappy process!

August Special Investigator for CSI!

Oh me oh my, it has been over a month since I last blogged!

We had a bit of an impromptu trip away for the school holidays, then I had to organise Elijah's pirate bday party when we got back......and just last week we found out hubbies company is moving us houses....sooooooo it's been CRAZY around here. Not much scrappy time has been had :(

Luckily I was asked to be a special investigator at CSI:Color, Stories, Inspiration for August so it meant I had a super great reason for downing tools and getting some layouts done :)

Let me tell you I am THRILLED to bits to be asked to be on the team for august.....happy dances all around!
